"Before" photos of the family room...
So, this is the room that we're doing a small remodel on. On the photo at the left you'll see a ledge that sticks out; on the other side of that is a closet that you see just as you come in through the door from the garage. We've had that whole thing taken out this week...and it looks so much better!
The photo on the right shows the fireplace that we have also taken out...the two guys that were here did some amazing work breaking up and removing all the brick. The new drywall is up, and they'll be back tomorrow to do the painting/texture work to match it to the rest of the room. We picked up our new TV on Saturday and today we're going out to look for new furniture :) Fun!

What a nice big room! Can't wait to hear of your decorating adventures. I'm sure you'll be much faster than we are at finishing things up! :-) We've been working for a year now and still have miles to go! LOL
