You are one generous person. You've given 5 chances for blog candy..I do admit being comment #1 is not going to help but I do love the concept of this set, and helping spread the awareness.
Thanks for the wonderful give-away!

I think my special friend would be my mother. She was only 17 when she had me and we've always been best friends - even when we were mad at each other! When she and my father got a divorce, we kept each other strong. Who else can say they love going on vacations with their MOM!

Ana Wohlfahrt October 1, 2007 at 11:27 AM

Angel October 1, 2007 at 11:28 AM

I went PINK for October too and I have some pink candy at my site. My best friend is Peggy and her aunt is terminally ill with cancer which started with breast cancer but has spread into her brain. Peggy is always there for me and for her aunt. I'd love to make a card with this set for her!

Sandy October 1, 2007 at 11:56 AM

I have a special friend named Ruby who inspires me EVERY DAY! She's a scrapper, cardmaker, stamper, she teaches at her LSS---and despite a summer full of chemo, she's kept up the most positive attitude!

I'm off now to turn my blog pink! :)

My special friend is a person that I have know since High School, and that was a very long time ago. We are in different states and don't get to chat as often as we should but know that she is always there for me when and if needed as I am for her.

First off thank you for offering these wonderful stamp!. My Special friend is more like my mom as she is my MIL she has been there for me when I haven't had nobody to turn to, she is always there cheering me on with my crazy ideas no matter how insane I think sometimes myself think they are she will say Go for it. She helps EVERYONE who is around her no matter what. I love her more then words could ever say and she is a Breast Cancer surviver and still is on remission but you would NEVER know when she's feeling ill because Maryse (MIL) always has a smile on her face and open arms for a hug.

Kathi October 1, 2007 at 1:28 PM

My special friend would have to be my husband. Goofy yes, but whenever I'm not at my best he always seems to know and always has a perfect solution to smooth away whatever is bothering me. Dinner out! Plus he's very easy going when it comes to my stamping habit. Sometimes he even contributes to it even tho' I own enough stuff to open my own stamp shop!
Thanks for the opportunity to win!

Kelly October 1, 2007 at 1:47 PM

My special friend would have to be my hubby he is my best friend, he is always there for me through thick and thin his love never waivers.

Pattyjo October 1, 2007 at 2:08 PM

I have never had a blog or I would turn it pink. My dear friend just emailed me today. She has lost one breast (cancer) and they just got back the tests on the second and she has cancer again. She is waiting for her Dr. to tell her what the treatment will be. Thank you so much for bringing this out in your blog.

Thank you for your support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month by Going Pink and offering the stamp. As a breast cancer survivor -- and one who knows that mammograms do work -- I hope you'll encourage your blog readers to also participate in the "click to raise funds" at www.thebreastcancersite.com. I know you can add the link to your blog, but don't ask me how. I've just seen it. It's a chance to raise funds by just visiting the site and clicking the button. There are other sites tied in to it for hunger, literacy, children's health, the rain forest, endangered species -- all of which you can quickly click. Easy, painless, no SPAM. The site sponsors make a donation for every time the button is clicked. It would be wonderful if everyone would make it a point to click once a day, especially this month. The funds go for research, education and mammograms for those who can't afford them. In that spirit, I have many many friends who helped me through my breast cancer and supported me along the way, but I'd have to give the biggest nod to my sister, who's always there for me. Thanks for letting me ramble and giving me the chance to play. I'd love to send this card to lots of people!

Pegg S October 1, 2007 at 2:28 PM

Thanks for bringing awareness!! My special friend is Maggie - someone who I've know since we were in junior high. She has always been there for me -- to make me laugh and cheer me up. Everyone needs a friend like her -- she'll do anything for you. I'm very lucky!

I haven't had the best of luck with friends in my life, so when Katie came along I was so happy! She's the most dedicated, sweet, kind friend anyone could ever have. She's giving and caring and honest. I just wish we didn't live so far from each other so we could hang out more. :) Thanks for the giveaway!

Tami Grandi October 1, 2007 at 4:54 PM

Thanks for all the chances. My special friend is my mom. I have been blessed with a wonderful mom and I can't imagine life without her!

Thank you for supporting Breast Cancer Awareness month. I lost my mother to breast cancer 20 years ago - I still miss her. My best friend is my daughter. She and I share a love of scrapbooking and jewelry making. Thanks for offering this generous gift.

Jen October 1, 2007 at 6:28 PM

Wow another great blog treat. My special friend has been talked about quite a bit lately, I've posted about her on several blogs, and every time I do I start crying because I miss her so much. So lets just say my special friend is Bev!

Anonymous October 1, 2007 at 6:36 PM

My special friend is my mom. I talk to her everyday. She has always been there for me and still is and now for my daughters too. I see how much I love my daughters, now I know how much she loves me and hope my daughters love me as much too.

Mary Duffek October 1, 2007 at 7:11 PM

Wow...another chance to win another set.....You are too sweet...I was so excited when I commented on your Boho Blossoms post for another chance to win a stamp set...that I forgot to tell you how beautiful your cards were and since I didn't feel it was fair posting 2 comments I thought I'd add it to this one...

Ok I have a dear sweet special friend. Her name is Melodie! God has truly blessed me with her friendship. I really could rattle on and on about Melodie...but, I can't because she just called! (what timing she has.)
Have a great night!

(I hope I win!)

Linda Carson October 1, 2007 at 7:34 PM

Would love to win this set! My special friend is Janey. I can tell her anything & she has a laugh that is like nothing you've ever heard!

Melissa Craig October 1, 2007 at 7:43 PM

I guess in my previous post, I already shared who my special friends are. My sisters. They are everything in the world to me (sounds like a bad Air Supply song) - but they are my best friends. One sister is facing this trial... the other one is there with her and I'm here in WV away from them - it's not fun.

I read the other comments and there are so many women out there who are touched by this in one way or another. An imaginary friend (that's what my sis calls my friends on SCS) had to go through this with her daughter with a tumor behind her eye... We lost an aunt almost 20 years ago to a brain tumor... everyone of us is touched somehow. I just pray that every women out there, and men, too will not ignore this very real situation and take good care of their parts!!

Elaine October 1, 2007 at 8:06 PM

This set is a wonderful surprise!! I've ordered one and would love to have one for a friend who had a scare with breast cancer. She was a teacher for my son when he was in preschool. She taught deaf / hard of hearing LITTLE kids and was a saint!!! All the patience in the world, yet stern when she needed to be! This would be one of the special people that I can think of, affected by breast cancer.

Jan Scholl October 2, 2007 at 12:57 AM

I tend to think of my animals as my best friends because they are always with me and listen to me most of the time without prejudice. It would be nice to have a human friend like that sometimes but past experiences have negated that option for the time being. SO doggie and kitties will have to do it for now.

Anonymous October 2, 2007 at 5:25 AM

This is a great set! My bff is my friend Kay. We've been through so much together. Our running joke is that we've saved each other thousands of dollars in psychiatric bills. : ) Life just wouldn't be the same without girlfriends.

I have a special friend that always makes me laugh out loud - you do know that we're suppose to keep one of those around don't you?!? One that makes you laugh!!! Lisa, is my special friend - it's hard to put this down in print - but she just found out she has MS - quite moment!

But with her incredible nature she wants to keep it on the upbeat - that would be Lisa! Love her!!

Karen Gladney October 2, 2007 at 6:59 AM

After visiting your blog I went back to mine and changed my color to pink for support. So many of us have been touched in so many ways by cancer and breast cancer seems to be right up there now with all the rest of the bad ones. I myself have had both my parents have cancer. My best Friend is Debby and we have been friends forever. We have helped each other through so many and always been there for each other. I love her so much.

Tks for the opportunity of winning such a great set. Would love to win it to make sure cards for Chraity to give patients who suffer from this aweful disease.

Kristina H October 2, 2007 at 8:15 AM

My special friend is Deanna. We have been friends for 15 years and have been through lots of good and bad.

Thanks for giving us another chance at a set!

Shutterbug October 2, 2007 at 8:28 AM

My friend...would have to be Elizabeth. She's from the U.S.A and I'm form Canada. i Love getting letters form her since she has the ability to make even the lid of an ice cream pail look totally like the most interesting thing with the way she describes stuff.

Unknown October 2, 2007 at 11:50 AM

I have lots of special friends in my life. Luckily none of us have ever had breast cancer, but we do share a common bond of being army wives. I think this stamp set would also make a great yellow ribbon support group card. Thanks for the chance to win. I have enjoyed all of your sneak peaks this weekend.

Anonymous October 2, 2007 at 11:57 AM

Hello, I have a friend, she's 33, and has been recently diagnosed with breast cancer. It's a semi-aggressive form of breast cancer, but it was detected early enough that the odds are in her favor. Think pink!!

Anonymous October 2, 2007 at 6:23 PM

I went pink, and wrote a little blurb on how breast cancer has touched me, even though I didn't think I was going to blog!! I had to for such a great cause. This is cute and a great price too! Thanks Toni...p.s. been trying to email you.

Robyn October 3, 2007 at 2:17 AM

My best friend would be my husband having lost both my mother and sister (to cancer) at early ages, who is always there to support me and loves me unconditionally.
Thanks for the chance to win great stamps.

Liz October 4, 2007 at 6:18 PM
