Colonial Day
In true kid form, I was told on Monday that Colonial Day at school was today (Thursday) and that Nattie didn't have anything to wear. After searching through all our closets, I agreed with her. So on Tuesday I picked up some fabric and dusted off my sewing machine (that I haven't used since 2005!). Here's the result - I made the skirt and bandana :) I'm actually pretty proud of myself! The finishing isn't the best, but it does the job, right?And on the right is a photo of our weather today!
