It's that time again - BLOG CANDY!

Alma from The Cat's Pajamas has donated some Blog Candy for us DT members to offer in drawings next week! Woo hoo! And first up - is me! Here's what you have to do:

Just leave a comment by midnight on Sunday night, telling me what themes of stamps you'd like to see more of in the stamping world - flowers, sentiments, alphabets, whatever you think! I will draw the name of the lucky winner on Monday morning...and that person will receive a set of the brand new Cowboy stamps! Yee haw! Good luck everyone!

Ohhh...cowboy candy! ;-) As for sets, maybe more travel sets - I need more for my European scrapping!! :-)

jillconyers January 10, 2008 at 3:57 AM

Doing a little blog catch up. You've been busy! he Love Machine card is great.

As far as stamp sets go I would love to see single words in different fonts and time pieces (clocks, watches, hour glass, etc)

Angel January 10, 2008 at 5:57 AM

I am always up for sentiments. And backgrounds! Thank you for the chance at some GREAT blog goodies!

JenMarie January 10, 2008 at 6:28 AM

Birds! They seem to be getting popular.
And 'French' like stuff.....like European.

Deborah March January 10, 2008 at 6:44 AM

Backgrounds! I use these more than any others.

Linda January 10, 2008 at 6:47 AM

Oh fun, blog candy! I'm going to second more masculine stamps.

Cheryl KVD January 10, 2008 at 7:00 AM

I would love some TCP cowboy stamps!!! I think the stamping world could use some yoga themed stamps with calm and relaxing sentiments. It'd be great for scrapbook pages as well as cards for stressed out loved ones.
Thanks!

Oooh, Cowboy Candy! Yum, Ya'll! LOL Well, I have a huge number of stamps, so at this point I'm mostly looking for sheet sets that give me an entire coordinated group of images and phrases to use on cards, which is where I use stamps the most. I like a cover phrase, an inside sentiment, and larger and smaller images. And I like them humorous, too. I also look for serious sets structured the same way, for sympathy cards. These are really hard to find, coordinated ones. Hope that answered your question!

Pegg S January 10, 2008 at 7:09 AM

I'm very excited to see the new sets! My first sets were the Holiday clear sets which stamp BEAUTIFULLY and I had such good customer service! I would love to see more sentiments and graphics -- I love the designs that you already have, but want to see more! I would love to see these in clear *sets* as well!

Sarah Coggins January 10, 2008 at 7:30 AM

That card is too cute! Love the little boot on the scalloped circles & the quote. :) <- brought a smile to my face

As far as stamps go, my preference is sentiments. Thanks for the chance for the blog candy!

MelissaS January 10, 2008 at 7:39 AM

Thanks for sharing! I love stamps with flowers, but also sayings. Not just sentiments, but quotes or funny things to stamp onto cards.

Hey Hey Paula January 10, 2008 at 7:53 AM

I would love to see more masculine sets and also sentiment sets, ones that have an outside and inside sentiment that go together. Thanks for the chance to win some cowboy candy!

Rosella January 10, 2008 at 7:55 AM

Fun! There is so much out there, but flowers and butterflies are always good. The more the merrier!

Susan (susiestampalot) January 10, 2008 at 7:57 AM

oh i love cowboys!!! i'm from texas!! teehee! i think the stamping world could use more sentiment sets that are all-inclusive, so you don't have to buy every one of them to get all the holidays sayings.

Unknown January 10, 2008 at 8:27 AM

love it!!!

Cindy Vernon January 10, 2008 at 8:32 AM

Oh, I want to win! I think that I would like to see more stamps that are inside and outside stamps so a sentiment for the outside with a corresponding stamp for the inside of the card.

Anonymous January 10, 2008 at 9:42 AM

I'd like to see more nature themed stamps and also more stamps for sympathy cards and birthday cards which are NOT cutesy. Thanks so much. I'd love to win!

MangoMama January 10, 2008 at 9:42 AM

Very cute card! I'm a dork and I love robots, so I'm going to have to say ROBOTS! I'd love to see more stamps of ROBOTS!! Did I mention robots? Teehee.

Darcey January 10, 2008 at 9:47 AM

Hi! I would love to see more calender stamps. Maybe one stamp that would have the days in a circle and the month and year in the middle, but I want to be able to change the month and year. This way one stamp would work perfectly for everything.

Amy January 10, 2008 at 9:49 AM

Well, I like so many types of stamps, it's hard to know what I'd like more of. I would definitely like some stamps of human cross country skiers. I only own two small ones, and haven't seen any others for sale. A few Yoga ones would be nice also.

Thanks for the info on the new TCP stamps!

Amber Porter January 10, 2008 at 10:55 AM

What great blog candy!! I would love to see more girly girly stamps (cutesy and chic ones)!!

Annelies January 10, 2008 at 10:58 AM

For my scrapbooking I would choose travel-related stamps or swirls. To make cards I prefer flowers!

Unknown January 10, 2008 at 11:39 AM

I would like to see more "quote" or "words" along with maybe some guy stuff!!!!
TFS this with us Toni!!!!
Make sure you pick me!!!! ;)

Lori Mueller January 10, 2008 at 11:40 AM

I'm so glad to see this post as it's been awhile since I've looked at Cats Pajama's! There are some stamps that I 'need' to buy. Thanks for enabling me! One thing I have a hard time finding is Liquid Applique...wouldn't that be so cute to go with the Penguin and Polar stamps/sets?

Melissa January 10, 2008 at 12:44 PM

super cute cowboy candy ;)

I would like to see more sentiments, and european/french style stamps

Jennifer_GlitterInMyHair January 10, 2008 at 12:51 PM

Awesome candy!! I would like to see more humorous sayings and also more realistic truck/construction sets - NOT cutsey ones. My DH is in constructionI have 2 boys who love to help, and my parents built their own house. I have so many uses for those kind of stamps! Thanks for the chance to win!

Ellie January 10, 2008 at 1:05 PM

Well I have a thing for stamps with swirls I love them because I love the look it gives a card or a page I'm working on especially if I emboss it.. OHH HEAVEN.. lol

Love your blog candy offer too!

Anonymous January 10, 2008 at 4:19 PM

I would love to see more NCAA, professional sports, or even local highschool/gradeschool rubber stamps that have the team mascot, name, etc. You could make so many really cool personalized gifts.

Anonymous January 10, 2008 at 5:48 PM

Maybe more vehicles ... tricyle, bicycle, pogo stick, cars, trucks.

Cat January 10, 2008 at 6:04 PM

what a COOL candy offer! honestly, i LOVE flower stamps, but we see them all over. i'd really like to see more examples using cute stamps but in more classic [not plain or cutesy] displays.

TFS!

Anonymous January 10, 2008 at 6:29 PM

I would have to say preteen and teen boy stamps. Maybe something other than sports but I don't know what for sure. I love these cowboy stamps!!

Sharon in NE January 10, 2008 at 7:28 PM

YAY Toni!!! Okay, here is MY opinion only as it relates to TCP. To me...Sprinkles has always been like Ann Marie of "That Girl" and Poochie is Donald, so its hard for me to think of them outside of the 60s era. (btw, I'd like more 60s fashions.)
I also liked the 50s "Annette" beach theme, and I would like to see an addition to that such as Sprinkles as a carhop and/or a diner, etc.

Finally, my other subject matter I am interested in is art deco and the roaring 20s. (love those fashions!)

Kelly January 10, 2008 at 7:51 PM

As I have two boys - almost teenagers, I would love to see more "Boyish" stamps that I could scrapbook with. I have seen the cowboys and really like them too, but I would like a set with a multi-theme eg. pirate, cowboy, superhero, fireman etc., something for boys with creative little minds!
Thanks for sharing.

Debbie January 11, 2008 at 12:14 AM

Blog candy, yum! Lately I love swirls and flourishes on stamps, and new alphabets are great too!

Laura January 11, 2008 at 1:06 AM

I would love to see more robot type of stamps :). They are always so cute!

Allison Rankin January 11, 2008 at 2:05 AM

I would like something where boys and girls are together...this would be great for my kids invitations and scrapping! Thanks Toni!

Alyssa S January 11, 2008 at 6:10 AM

I would love to see a stamp set with 50's style tattoo images. It would be really cool to have a traditional cherry blossom, swallow, gypsy head, etc. That would be VERY different; something I haven't seen anywhere! Thanks for the opportunity!

Anonymous January 11, 2008 at 7:49 AM

Definitely more sentiments. I just love those ones that are punny, and inspirational.

Linda SS January 11, 2008 at 7:10 PM

That's so generous of you and Alma - I LOVE the Cat's Pajamas stamps! I would like to see more stamps that would appeal to teenagers and boys in particular. That age group seems to be most ignored and I've had a hard time coming up with card ideas for my nephews and niece.

Anonymous January 11, 2008 at 7:36 PM

I'd love to see more stamps that would appeal to my little guy like robots, aliens, and wizards. I'd also enjoy more food and drink themed stamps like sushi.

Tanis January 11, 2008 at 8:43 PM

Definitely sentiments. But sentiments that can be a feature on a card (decorative)...like Green Grass Card Sayings stamps. LOVE these!

Lisa January 11, 2008 at 8:47 PM

I'd love to see some stamps of technology like computers & accessories, cell phones, ipods, etc. How about Sprinkle or Poochie doing more hobbies/crafts like using scissors or stamping?

Firstly, thanks so much for your lovely comments on my blog recently!

re: stamps - definitely 'masculine' stamps would be a big addition I think!

Lesley January 12, 2008 at 7:31 PM

Like many other posters, I'd love to see more masculine stamps (although the men in my life aren't in to the fishing and sailing that seems to be prevalent in the stamping world, LOL!) Maybe more generic like timepieces, keys and classical/ancient construction. I need all the help I can get in this department!

Linda Nicholson January 12, 2008 at 9:02 PM

Super cute card! After much thought, I would love to see Poochie and Sprinkle with sporting type themes (i.e. Hockey, football, baseball, etc.). I think these would be super cute!

Linda

Anonymous January 12, 2008 at 9:41 PM

thanks for the great sneak peek at the new stamps. For TCP, I'd like to see an alphabet set in their cool fonts they use on their sentiments.

thanks..Michele

Tracy H January 13, 2008 at 6:21 AM

I LUFF sentiment stamps. I buy soooo many of them. I was initially drawn to TCP for the CAT of course. But I stayed because everything was so fresh and fun.

I REALLY like the TCP font style used on so much of the stamps like "What part of meow.." and "Have a cool yule".

I like funny (or punny)sentiments, quirky, clevah...all the cool and swanky stuff TCP is doing. JUST Gimme more ;)

Counting down the days until Jan 19!

Anonymous January 13, 2008 at 9:32 AM

OOOHH! I love the new cowboy set!! alma does a great job with everything! anything with Sprinkle and Poochie would be fun, but I can't think of anything new off the top of my head.

I LOVE these cowboy images. I don't have many masculine stamps, so these would be very happy living in my stamp area. LOL! Thanks for the chance to win!!!

Anonymous January 13, 2008 at 11:27 AM

I have been looking for some "kitchen" stamps, ya know a range, fridge, pots and pans to put on the range, casserole dishes--something along those lines. Thanks for the opp to win candy--dd lives in TX and would love those boots--that is if I decided to share. Darlene L

Stampin_Melissa January 13, 2008 at 12:15 PM

salusa January 13, 2008 at 12:54 PM

Thanks for the chance!!

StampDancer January 13, 2008 at 12:57 PM

Wow - cowboy candy fits right in with what I'd like to see more stamps of. Western themes - Cowboys, (cow cats? :-> ), the landscapes that go with that, etc. Ki yi yippee yi!

Anonymous January 13, 2008 at 1:40 PM

Hey there! I hear so much about you from the "prom dress dropper" and she told me I have to come check you out because you are soooo amazing and indeed you are! You are an extremely creative person. Loved your Christmas card to stampgirl. Along the lines of stamps I would recommend two different types - vintage styles that are easy to use not high stamp maintenance ones - like the old-fashioned wrapping paper kind, surely there are never enough vintage cowgirls out there and more retro"ish" ones - how is the variety - I know I don't do very well with following instructions - you did say to select one but you can just say the not following instructions I learned from my sister. LOL Have a great day!

Stacy January 13, 2008 at 2:26 PM

I can never get enough of sentiment stamps and when they match certain stamps, that's even better.. The PUNNIER the better!! :) Great blog, thanks for the candy opportunity!!

Linda

Charlene Austin January 13, 2008 at 2:53 PM

OMGosh I love the Cowboy stamps. I have been loving the sneak peeks the design team is doing. I think Cat's Pajama's would have great birds. Cat's and birds go together don't they? Maybe if they are seperated by a cage they do. LOL.

Anne House January 13, 2008 at 3:29 PM

Gotta say, lately I am in love with animal stamps- but cute kids, and religious sentiments would be great too!!

Anonymous January 13, 2008 at 3:39 PM

Thanks for this great opportunity!
I really am excited for the release of this set. I am happy that someone is filling my love for Cowboy images, and it's so cute to Boot! (pun intended)
